There is no substitue for drinking water. The earth is like a water tank with very few amount of drinking water and is emptying very fast and now only a little amount of drinking water is available. If we dont save it then what about our children?

hello friends,
we all can save huge ammount of water just practising these simple things.
1.use low flushing toilets or just put 1to2 liter water bottle inside inside the flush system. so every time you use your toilet you can save up to that amount of water.
2.always use mug while shaving instead of water tap
3. while bathing always use bucket and never use more than two bucket of water

by using these small practise we all can save precious water
please friends try this and also communicate to all your friends and relatives...
so the pupose of precious water group can be fulfilled

Once all the rivers are dried, no magician can bring it back. So we must all pledge to save every drop of water and try to bring every matter to notice related to misuse of water.

Exhibit of wild animals in Advertisements

In India many advertisers use wild animals on national TV to enthuse the audience. Is it not a crime? The use of animal gives a wrong signal to the viewers who consider animals to be for the entertainment of the masses. Already we are seeing a uncontrollable perilous environmental degradation from all quarters. Is it not high time that the govt curb the usage of animals in advt.

my son's interest in environment

It is very heartening to see enthusiastic parents like you who want to imbibe love for nature in their child.
As a child I think Salman can learn about the flora and fauna ( avian ) in and around his environment and in out country.
Once he starts learning, he will start appreciating the beauty of nature. As he grows old he will understand the environmental degradation caused by the greed of humans. Hopefully he will guide other youngsters to appreciate the beauty of nature.

The need of the hour…

Help us

...this year we collected 16000 plus garbage bags from Valley of Flowers and Shri Hemkund Sahib trek route and deposit all those near a collection point near Govind Ghat. We have to carry all that plastic garbage for recycling via motor road up to Dehradun, but we have no funds for that as we need at least 20 trucks to carry all the garbage. No body either so called Delhi based Kurta-Dhari Environists or Uttarakhand Govt. coming forward to help us. I know there are so many nature lovers bergeoni…
