The World Will End in 2012 - Is It True ?

There are speculations that the World will end and all life on Earth will finish after three years from now i.e. December 21, 2012. Is the world really going to end ?

I am not too sure whether the world gonna doomed by 2012 but i am sure if we dont mend the way we are exploiting the nature......if we still cotinue fulfilling all our greed rather than just a mere need then we are in great trouble. The world that have sheltered us for millions of years will respond accordingly and with the entire ecosystem being disrupted the world might just cease to exist.

But there is always a hope.......a hope of a better world, a greener world and of all a peaceful and happier world. And the source of this hope is We...the Humans. As they say, if the humans are the cause of all the problems that we see around us today then the humans could also be the solution. If an effort by an individual, in this case Mr. Mike Pandey with his film 'Shores of Silence' could result in saving of one of the largest marine mammals the Whale Sharks.....imagine what we all can achieve if we put all our forces together towards restoring the lost beauty of our mother nature.
Always remember...we have not inhereted this world from our ancestor but we borrow it from our future generations.

there is no hope remains dear because bullet is already fired no ways to stop it, bcause its a calculation and a sum has to solve and its not the end of human beings they are going to survive, but casulities will be around 68% there is no way out

i think that the distruction and construction of the world is in our hand , we all live in this scientific world and i dont think so any one of us is superstitious, we should not wait for that scientist or the other people will make their efforts and we see and appreciate their effort instead we should try to give our hand by joining the save earth projects and many more projects started by the peoples and institution

I am also not agree with this statement that world will be end in 2012.
but no body predict the future.
every begning has its end when it will be no one can predict.
we live in a world of uncertainiites anything can happen anytime
may be a big meteorite hits earth or a powerfull tsunami came before 2012.
all these are the uncertainities.
The thing that certain is the way we are treating our environment this will definitely going to bring the end of the world soon but not on or before 2012.......

this is not matter of 2012 the type of society in which we r living where nobody help to others, nobody think of others , where nobody do anything for his society we r just consumer of natural resources not even planting single trees on earth not helping other just feeding ourself.
where we r alive we are already dead .
god created human being and thought he would be the best on earth but it was his mistake human was just animal with a slight change than animal having mind.
but differ work he do than animals he also kills others and snathing others part of life, spoiling natures and its creations
what will happen if we don't die in 2012 what we have done in our past life
the time we have is the precious not the time which will come . we cannot expect for next moment of life
if we have done something in our life it is the best keep on doing good work
if we have not done we should start today we should not wait for future.
